Getting shit done: Part two

Year plans are often encouraged at work, but I don’t think they go far enough so make sure you think bigger.

But, where they’re useful is marking bottlenecks, broad focuses, and laying medium-term plans which can help take the stress out of managing multiple roles. Attention to the detail of life and practice in producing a plan is essential. Figure out what’s appropriate to you and map that out – don’t be swayed by others where possible.
